In April 2009 Nuplex offered shareholders a 7:1 renounceable rights at NZ$0.23 cents per share.

The Offer Document, Entitlement Forms and Acceptance Form were mailed on 2 April 2009 to shareholders of record as at 7pm, 1 April 2009. The offer closed on 20 April 2009.
